The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 4059

Chapter 4059

As Darryl spoke, he leaned against a tree and relied on only one leg. He was utterly embarrassed.

"What do you want?" Mona said coldly, baffled.

Then, Darryl scratched his head and had a pitiful look on his face. " At first I thought your men could help me over, but they need to be on guard of the surroundings in case the fiend race warriors appear.

Then, he smirked. "Now the only way is for you to go with me. You should know, the Groot Formation that I've deployed requires 36 people. There are 36 of your men and none of them are dispensable. So, Miss Mona, I'd have to trouble you."

As he spoke, Darryl looked sincere, but his eyes were full of cunningness. He had done that on purpose.

The Groot Formation deployed by the surrounding Demon Warriors required Darryl's direction, constantly changing positions, in order for it to be functional, standing still would not be of any use at all.

Darryl's intention was to teach Mona a lesson, she was unruly, capricious, and disrespectful to others. Darryl had long been unhappy with her repeatedly dissing and mocking him. 2

The people around them exclaimed as they heard. Dozens of the warriors stared at Darryl, shocked and perplexed. 'How daring is this guy! How could he tell Miss Mona to go to the river with him?'

At the same time, Mona trembled as her face turned red and she glared at Darryl. "Dream on. Who are you to tell me to go to the river with you?" 1

She was extremely infuriated. 'Dad's the renowned White Tiger Kind and I'm his daughter. How could this man with a broken leg, who is dressed in tattered clothes, looking worse than a beggar, tell me to serve him?' 1

Mona became angrier and shouted at Darryl, "Go on your own!

How dare you tell me to go with you?"

Darryl narrowed his eyes. "Don't get worked up. I'm just saying. How could I tell you to serve me?"

As he spoke, he broke a tree branch in half and turned it into a walking stick. He then wobbled his way to the river. However, he was walking slowly as he only had one leg.

After taking a few steps, Darryl stopped and moaned, "Ah! I'm a useless man with a broken leg. I'm afraid I'll have to take a long time to walk a short distance just to get some water... I'd be lucky if I get to drink any water. What if as I'm drinking, the fiend race warriors appear? Then, all of us would be trapped. How unworthy it is to risk everyone's lives just for me to drink water."

Darryl murmured to himself as he slowly walked to the river. At the same time, he peeked to see Mona's reaction. Those words were meant for her.

'How annoying is he!' Mona thought.

Darryl spoke softly, but Mona could still hear him clearly, she stomped her feet in rage and walked over. "Fine, stop nagging, г 11 help you."
