Darryl pretended to look around and acted as if he had made some discovery and exclaimed, "Woah, the people who set the traps sure are a cunning bunch."

"What makes you say that?" Asked Mahoney.

"The traps shifted from the previous path, we can no longer follow the old instructions," said Darryl.

"I think the people who did this had deduced that some people might be able to solve it, so they decided to switch to a completely different one in the middle."

Darryl was just spewing nonsense at that point, trying to tease Mahoney.

Mahoney cussed, "Those people are devious, they're just trying to wipe us all out at this point!"

Mahoney asked again, "Well… Then, how should we proceed?"

Darryl took a deep breath in and pretended to look at the oath ahead and contemplated, "since the mechanism had shifted completely, we have to switch our path as well. If my deduction is correct, we should be able to proceed with four steps forward and two steps left."
