Darryl smiled instead of panicking as Master Magaera approached. He then looked at Debra, who was standing in the yard, and motioned for her to leave immediately. Master Magaera's full attention was on Darryl at the time, so Debra had an excellent opportunity to slip away unnoticed.
However, Debra had no intention of leaving, and her beautiful face was full of determination. Over the years, she and Darryl had been together less and more apart, so there was no way she would leave, not when they were finally reunited. Darryl started to panic when he realized that Debra would not go.
"Take that, Darryl!" Master Magaera coldly shouted, and then his divine power exploded, and all anyone could see was a dazzling golden glow, tearing apart the world and bursting toward Darryl. The golden light was as fast as lightning, carrying the ability to destroy heaven and earth with it.
'Sh*t!' Darryl was shocked to his very core. The escape routes in front and back of him were blocked, so the only choice left was to use divine power to deploy a protective barrier in front of him.
The golden light was already in front of him as the protection barrier condensed and formed. Darryl was knocked back 300 meters backward before crashing and landing on the steps down the mountain, and the protection barrier shattered instantly with a loud bang.
Darryl's divine power had not fully recovered, and the first blow had severely injured him, so it was natural that he could not deflect the second.
'Wow!' The elite soldiers watching the battle suddenly burst into cheers when they saw the unfolding scene.
"Master Magaera is great and mighty!"
On the other hand, the people from the Begonia Residence turned as white as a sheet from the shock.
"Darryl!"
"Darryl!"
Chester, Debra, and the others could not help but gasp in surprise, and they dashed out of the Begonia Residence to form a circle around Darryl to examine his injuries.
"Darryl!" Debra held Darryl in her arms as soon as she reached him. Her tears never stopped flowing. "Are you okay?"
She could see that Darryl was pale-white, and the aura inside him was behaving very erratically.
"I'm okay!" Darryl smiled and then scolded her, "Why didn't you leave, Debra?" It was such a good opportunity, and it had all gone to waste.
