Chapter 190
Chapter 190
Owen took a deep breath and slowly extended his hand toward Camila. His movements seemed gentle, but there was an unyielding ruthlessness hidden
beneath.
Patricia’s eyes widened with excitement, practically glowing with anticipation. She whipped out her phone and aimed the camera at Camila, ready to capture every degrading second.
‘Oh, I can’t wait to see the look on Giovani and Lucy’s faces,‘ Patricia thought, her heart racing with twisted delight.”
Just then, a sudden knock at the door broke through the tense atmosphere.
The noise jolted Patricia and Owen. They were both on high alert, terrified Giovani’s people might find them.
Owen’s hand, which had been reaching for Camila, froze abruptly. His eyes darted toward the door, tension written all over his face.
Patricia tightened her grip on the dagger, inching cautiously toward the door. “Who’s there?” she asked.
Ivanna’s voice came fr
the other side. “It’s me. You called earlier and said that bitch Camila was here.”
Patricia let out a breath of relief. She quickly opened the door and saw tvanna, Claude, and Baron.
The trio filed in and immediately spotted Camila lying on the ground, looking like she was dead.
The moment Ivanna saw Camila, pure hatred blazed through her. She stormed forward, her face tontorted with rage. Without a second thought, she delivered a brutal kick. “You bitch!” she snarled. “You killed my daughter, and now you’ll pay.”
The kick struck Camila’s lower back with brutal precision. The fragile stitches on her kidney tore apart under the impact, and blood gushed out in a horrifying torrent, pooling beneath her in a crimson flood.
A sharp, stabbing pain jolted Camila awake, dragging her out of the haze of unconsciousness. Her body convulsed violently, sweat dripping from her forehead as her face turned ghostly pale.
As her vision cleared, the first thing she saw was Ivanna’s twisted face. Beside Ivanna stood Claude, arms crossed, looking down at her with a smug grin.
Then Camila noticed Baron, a young man she’d never seen before. But the hatred burning in his eyes was unmistakable.
Baron looked her over, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “Wow, didn’t expect Camila to be this hot. She’s totally trashed right now, but that face still looks
gorgeous.”
He rubbed his hands together as he stepped closer. “What a waste to let her die like this. Why not let me have some fun first?”
Ivanna and Claude didn’t object to their son’s demand at all. In fact, they were more than happy to see Camila humiliated.
“Go for it, son,” Ivanna said. “Just be careful. If you kill her too fast, she’ll get off easy. After what she did to Agnes, we need to make her suffer big time.”
“Don’t worry I know how to handle women,” Baron replied with a smug grin. Back when he was overseas, he’d had plenty of fun. He had plenty of tricks up his sleeve.
Patricia stood to the side, phone in hand, her excitement barely contained. “Come on, show her what happens when she crosses us.”
Baron reached out, his hand inches from Camila, when Owen suddenly stepped in. “Stay away from her. She’s mine,” Owen said.
“Who the hell do you think you are, sticking your nose in my business?” Baron snarled, his rage boiling over as he slapped Owen hard across the face.
The slap was so fierce that it sent Owen crashing straight to the ground.
Ivanna’s lips curled into a cruel smirk. “What a joke. You’re supposed to be this hotshot lawyer, but you can’t even protect yourself. Now you’re just a

broken mess? Guess all those law books were totally useless.”
Her cutting words sparked a wave of unrestrained laughter from the crowd.
“You!” Owen’s face darkened with fury, but his body left him powerless. He could only watch helplessly as Baron dragged Camila into the nearby
bedroom.

Baron threw Camila onto the bed, his shadow looming over her as he pinned her down.
Despite the searing pain coursing through her body, Camila fought back with every ounce of strength she had left. Her hand fumbled along the nightstand until she grabbed a lamp. Without hesitation, she swung it with all her might, smashing it against Baron’s head.
Baron let out a scream, clutching his head. Blood streamed down his face, staining his features and making him look like a demon.
Consumed by rage, Baron pinned Camila down and kept smacking her face. Her cheeks swelled, her skin turned bright red, and blood dripped from the corner of her mouth.
Hearing Baron’s agonized screams, Ivanna and Claude rushed into the room. The sight of Baron’s bloodied head ignited their fury, and they prepared to join him in punishing Camila. Just then, the door was knocked on again.
Ivanna’s face darkened as she shouted toward the door, “Who’s out there?”
But the only response was the sound of even more frantic knocking.
Claude’s brows furrowed deeply, his voice low and tense. “Could it be Giovani’s men?”
Patricia’s face went pale, her voice trembling as panic overtook her. “No way! They can’t find us this quickly.”
The knocking got louder and more insistent. A man’s voice boomed from outside, “Open the door, now!”
Hearing his voice, everyone in the room froze and whispered in terror.
“That’s Turner, Giovani’s assistant.”
“They’ve found us. What do we do?”
