Chapter 214 Camila Extra 8
Irene stormed out, looking every bit like a protective mother hen, a stark contrast to her usual gende demeano
Camila froze in surprise. It was the first time she had seen frene so fierce, as if she was ready to tear apart anyone who
dared to harm her precious daughter.
Irene rushed to Camila’s side, her eyes filled with worry as she checked her over “Sweetheart, are you hurt? Tell Mommy
where it hurts.”
Joseph’s usually calm and handsome face was now clouded with anger. “Camila, tell me who bullied your
Before Camila could say a word, Agnes snapped, “She wouldn’t give me the dress! It’s her fault if I bullied her, she deserved
it!”
Harry chimed in, backing her up. “Exactly! How dare she fight Agnes for clothes? She’s just asking for it. All the pretty dresses should belong to Agnes–she’s the only one who can make them look good
Joseph turned his gaze to Harry and Agnes, his eyes sharp and filled with fury.
Belinda scowled at Joseph’s icy glare. “Stop eyeing my kids like that?” she snapped. “You’ve hogged every nice dress in this store–how greedy!
“You clearly have no manners. I can’t imagine what kind of parents would raise children like you.
“At such a young age, you’re already so unreasonable. Just wait until you grow up–society will teach you a lesson, Belinda said harshly, her words dripping with disdain.
Camila loathed Belinda’s blind favoritism toward Agnes. It was this very attitude that had made her life in the Jackson family unbearable.
She could endure being mistreated herself, but now Belinda had the audacity to insult her mother and brother. That was something she absolutely could not tolerate.
Just as Camila was about to explode, Irene suddenly spoke up, “Let me show you how I educate my children.” Turning to Camila, she pointed at Agnes and asked, “Sweetheart, was it her who tried to take your dress?”
Camila nodded obediently, though she didn’t quite understand what Irene was getting at.
Irene declared firmly. “Sweetheart, if someone tries to take what’s yours, don’t hold back–take it back! If someone bullies you, hit them back twice as hard. Don’t be afraid–your dad, mom, and brother will always be your strongest support.” Irene’s face was full of encouragement, showing Camila through her actions that she could boldly stand up for what she believed was right.
Camila felt a surge of emotion. So this was what it felt like to be trusted and supported by a mother. She felt an overwhelming sense of strength coursing through her.
Camila nodded firmly. “Got it, Mom.” With that, she turned to face Agnes. ‘You bullied me in my previous life, and now you’re doing it again in this one. Fine, I’ll settle the score for both lifetimes today, she thought.
Camila raised her hand decisively and delivered a sharp slap across Agnes’s face. The crisp sound echoed through the store as Agnes was sent sprawling to the ground.
Camila didn’t stop there. She straddled Agnes and unleashed a flurry of punches, each one landing with precision. Agnes wailed in pain, her cries filling the air.
Belinda and Harry were utterly stunned that Camila dared to attack Agnes right in front of them. Furious, they moved to intervene, but Irene stepped in to block Belinda, while Joseph held Harry back.
Irene smirked; her tone laced with mockery. “Kids should settle their own disputes. Or are you planning to bully someone younger than you?”
Belinda’s face turned red with anger. “Is this how you teach your child?” she snapped.
Irene lifted her chin, her usual gentle demeanor replaced by the commanding presence of a queen. “That’s exactly how I raise my daughter. Got a problem? Keep it to yourself.”
“You-” Belinda stammered, her fury rendering her speechless.
“What? Your daughter tried to snatch my daughter’s dress, and now you think you’re in the right? No wonder you. aughter‘ s so rude and insufferable–it’s all thanks to you,” Irene retorted sharply.
Irene unleashed a verbal barrage that left Belin Successfully unlocked!e of tears. Even as she held Belinda back, she
didn’t forget to cheer Camila on.
“Hit her again, sweetie! Left! Right! Don’t stop!” Irene screamed excitedly, while Belinda turned crimson with fury, watching her precious Agnes get pummeled bloody.
“I’ve had enough of this!” Belinda screamed, lunging at Irene. But Irene dodged her sharp nails, seized Belinda’s perfectly

styled hair, and yanked with all her might.
In no time, Belinda’s meticulously styled hair was reduced to a chaotic mess, with strands littering the floor like fallen leaves.
“Ah! ITI fight you to the death!” Belinda shrieked as the two women descended into a full–blown brawl.
However, Irene maintained the upper hand throughout. Belinda ended up with her hair in complete disarray, her face scratched and marred with several bloody marks, her once–beautiful appearance utterly ruined.
Meanwhile, Joseph and Harry were also locked in a fierce fight, exchanging punch and kicks with no sign of stopping.
The store descended into utter chaos. The staff stood frozen in shock before one of them hurriedly fetched the manager. With the combined efforts of the manager and the staff, the two sides were finally separated.
Agnes was now unrecognizable. Her once–adorable face was now a patchwork of bruises, swollen and discolored, barely recognizable.
Belinda had it worse–her hair was torn out in clumps, her scalp nearly ripped open, and her once–beautiful face now looked like it had gone through a shredder.
Harry was a mess–his nose was bleeding profusely, his lip was split, and his clothes were in tatters. The Jackson family had strutted into the store looking all high and mighty, but now, they were nothing short of a disaster.
Camila glanced at their sorry state and couldn’t help but burst into laughter.
In her previous life, they had always been untouchable, their arrogance unshaken until Giovaní helped her take revenge. But this time, she had personally turned them into a laughingstock. The pent–up frustration in her heart dissipated instantly. Irene pointed at Belinda and said coldly, “Lucky for you, my daughter’s fine. But if she ever gets hurt because of you, I’ll make sure you regret it. Now scram!”
Belinda had never been humiliated like this in her entire life. She wanted nothing more than to claw the face of the madwoman in front of her, but knowing Irene’s fighting prowess, she didn’t dare act on her rage.
“You’ll pay for this! Trash like you won’t get away with.” She spat.
“Who’re you calling trash?” Irene rolled her eyes. “It’s the 21st century, lady. Your noble blood act is beyond pathetic.” Belinda was so furious her blood pressure spiked, nearly causing her to faint. She grabbed Harry and Agnes and stormed out. This trip to Northeville wasn’t just for leisure; Arthur had plans to expand their business here.
Northeville was home to four prominent families, with the Campbell family leading the pack as a century–old aristocratic clan. Building connections with them would be a monumental challenge.
Even if they couldn’t get close to the Campbell family, there were still the Stuard family, the Lane family, and the Lopez family. Establishing ties with any of these three would be enough to secure the Jackson family’s foothold in Northeville. Arthur was already working on ways to approach members of these families. If they succeeded, the Jackson family would have a solid presence in Northeville.
And when that time came, dealing with that trio from earlier would be a piece of cake. Just a word from them, and those lowlifes wouldn’t be able to survive in Northeville. That’s the price of crossing the Jackson family.
Irene, on the other hand, couldn’t care less about the Jackson family’s schemes. After venting her anger, she felt refreshed and invigorated. In an instant, she reverted to her usual elegant and composed demeanor.
She crouched down to check Camila over, gently holding her daughter’s hand. Seeing the redness on Camila’s palm, her heart ached.
“Look at your hand, sweetheart. It’s all red–did it hurt when you hit them?”
Camila was speechless. ‘Mom, seriously? I was the one doing the hitting, not the one getting hit, she thought. Despite her exasperation, her heart felt warm.
Shaking her head obediently, Camila replied, “Mom, it doesn’t hurt.”
Irene sniffled dramatically. “But seeing your red little hand makes Mommy’s heart ache. Come on, sweetie, give Mommy a kiss to make it all better.”
Joseph sidled up with a grin. “Beating people up is exhausting–I need a healing kiss from my little sister too.
Camila was rendered speechless once again but still gave each of them a big kiss. Irene and Joseph were instantly
satisfied.
Irene handed her card to the store clerk. “Pack up all the clothes we’ve selected and deliver them to the Stuard residence.” The clerk’s eyes lit up at the mention of the Stuard family. ‘The Stuards! One of Northeville’s four great families! No wonder they’d casually bought over a hundred outfits worth hundreds of thousands of dollars–it was mere pocket change to them. Thankfully, I had been smart enough to protect the favored young lady of the Stuard family earlier. Otherwise, this store

might not have survived the fallout, the clerk thought.
The clerk eagerly swiped the card and returned it to Irene. “Don’t worry, Mrs. Stuard. We’l make sure the clothes are delivered promptly”
With the shopping done and the day growing late, they happily headed home to prepare for Carrila’s birthday party
This was Camila’s first birthday celebration after she joined the Stuard family–and Harrison and Irene were determined to make it legendary. They planned to invite every elite in Sancho and formally introduce Camila as their daughter at the party
