Yvette found it hard to breathe. When she thought about how Xavier might have kissed Daphne the previous night as well, she felt disgusted. 

She leaned her back against the cold wall and used all of her strength to push him away. It only felt like a cat scratching to Xavier, and he took off her coat right away. 

“No…” Yvette knew what he was doing, and she quickly tried to stop him. 

Xavier thought she was just playing hard to get, so he didn’t stop at all. Instead, he started taking her clothes off. 

She couldn’t do anything about it, and she was so anxious that her eyes turned red. Then, she opened her mouth and bit him right away. 

Xavier groaned a little before stopping and looking at her in disbelief. “What are you doing?“. 

“Put me down now!” Yvette said, her eyes reddening. 

Xavier cupped her face with his hand. “No.” 

She realized that he wasn’t taking her seriously at all. Then, he even kissed her. 

Yvette couldn’t help thinking about the previous night and how he might have done the same thing with Daphne. So, she sank her nails into his shoulders. However, it didn’t seem like he 

felt it at all. 

“Put me down now, Xavier!” 

He wasn’t willing to do it. He didn’t know why he felt this way. The more she refused to go along with him and gave him the cold shoulder, the more he wanted to pull her into his embrace. He didn’t want to let her go. 

It felt as if the temperature was rising in the room. Yvette had no choice but to let Xavier do 

whatever he wanted. 

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. Xavier stopped what he was doing, looking upset. 

Who is it?” 

Lynn had been standing outside the door and had heard what had been going on for a long time. She was blushing and filled with jealousy. 

“Mr. Lane, Mr. Lane Senior has requested to see you,” she said as she wiped her sweaty face. 

“Got it.“. 

Xavier looked at Yvette, who felt weak in his embrace. Then, he covered her with some clothes before placing her on the huge bed. “Rest well.”
