Shannon was shocked again. "What?"
Noah sighed. "I miss my mom and dad. I bet they miss me right now too. You have a son, too. If your son was in the hospital and you weren't allowed to see him, won't you feel sad too?"
He hadn't seen Yvette the whole day. After he'd asked the bodyguards about it, he'd finally realized that Xavier had said that no one could visit him without permission. Needless to say, Noah started hating Xavier again.
Shannon thought Noah made sense, and she was happy and furious at the same time. She figured he hadn't found out that Xavier was his actual father at all. So, she silently clenched her fists and started to hate Yvette more.
"Noah, Mr. Xavier is your actual dad."
Noah finally understood why she was there. "Nonsense!"
He was tired of talking to her and started throwing the gifts toward her one after another. She hurriedly dodged. "Noah, how could you hit me?"
"Because you're evil!"
In the end, Shannon was chased out by the mischievous Noah. She didn't understand how Noah could be so naughty when Xavier and Jeremiah were so obedient when they were kids.
"Yvette doesn't know how to educate her kids at all," she said unhappily as she got back into her car.
Mandy was only a few years younger than her and said, "It's true that people nowadays can't educate their kids at all. Back then, you put in your heart and soul when raising Mr. Xavier and Mr. Jeremiah."
Shannon thought she could raise Noah better and called Xavier. "Xav, send Noah to Lane Mansion. Also, hire a team of private doctors. He isn't a baby anymore, so he needs to study despite being sick. So, get him a home tutor as well."
Xavier was in his chair as he pinched his eyebrows. "I have my own plans."
"What is wrong with you? Do you have no more boundaries now that you've lost your memories?"
