Lorraine Mopped picking cherries and looked down at Vanessa What are you going to do, Vanessa? 

Vanessa looked over at josh, who was munching on some cherries while sitting under a tree nearby. “Josh’s attitude and behavior has toned down a lot these days. He’s still a good kid when he’s not around those people who dote on him to no end” 

Back at the Ware residence, It was hard for Vanessa to decipline joshua, despite being his mother. The ether Wares would constantly defend him. He, too, know that everyone else would take his side. 

Thus, whenever Vanessa reprimanded him, he would pout and run off to look for his grandparents. Simply by acting all hurt and upset, his grandparents would quickly come to his defense and stop Vanessa from scolding him. 

“Whenever I try to discipline him, the entire family would gang upon me, saying that he’s only immature because he’s still a child, and that once he gets older, he’ll know how to behave himself. But how can a person tell right from wrong if they’re not taught from a young age? 

Lorraine agreed with Vanessa. “It’s important for a child to be educated from young. Look at Logan. He does a good job making sure Finnegan and Luna arrabed well. They’re both so mature even when they’re only four years old.” 

She had an easy time as their stepmother, and she doted on them as if they were her ownL 

“It Jaden does wait at the house the whole day, I’ll have a proper talk with him tonight, if things don’t work out might consider getting a divorce, Haine,” Vanessa said, her voice pained toward the end. 

She had truly been in love with Jaden, and they had gotten along quite well throughout the marriage. But of course, she only had a decent life with the Wares because she and her family had given them far too much. 

Vanessa had to wonder if the Wares would still treat her this well she hadn’t provided them with so much financial support. She dared not dwell on that thought, though she had to admit that she knew the answers. 

“I’ve been so bind all these years. I poured so much time and effort into a family on ingrates. Only now do regret everything I regret not listening to Mom and Dad–not listening to all of your warnings and advice! 

A woman’s marriage would affect her entire life, so the decision wasn’t one that should be made lightly. While it wasn’t a must to only merry someone of one’s parents” choosing, It was always wise to heed their warnings when they gave them. 

Being older and wiser, parents were often a better page of character. Plus, their love was unconditional, and they genuinely wanted what was best for their children. 

“We’ve been married for so many years now, and we have Josh too. For josh’s sake, I’ll give Jaden one at chance. If he still doesn’t change, I’ll ask him for a divorcefighter custody of Josh too. Otherwise, the Wares will spell him rotten,” Vanessa derler. 

No one was born with a terrible character, and Vanessa didn’t think it was Joshua’s nature that caused him to misbehave. She believed he merely lacked the proper discipline in his upbringing It was the Ware excessive doing that led to his unruliness. 

Thankfully, Joshua was still young and it wasn’t too late to correct him behavior. 

“All that matters is you’ve thought things through, we’ll always be by your side supporting you. You can count on us,” Lorraine said encouragingly. “You’re still young, Vanessa Once you’ve cut your losses, you can easily find a new happy ending for yourself.”
