“So, what did Jaden say?” Lorraine asked she gestured for Logan to go pick up the kids while she waited in the car. 

Seeing that she was chatting with Vanessa on the phone, Logan went ahead to pick up the children. 

Lorraine worried when Vanessa fell silent. After Vanessa got married, she was pretty happy. With a generous wedding gift, she commanded respect in her in–laws‘ house.
