Unrivaled Dragon Lord novel Chapter 92

Harriet could not keep her mind clear. Unconsciously, her white and delicate hands reached Maxwell's belt...

Although she was born beautiful and well-kept and was better looking than some girls in their twenties, Harriet was a mature and charming young woman. She had an instinctive desire for this kind of thing.

"Well..." Harriet let out a long breath, her beautiful eyes showed a determined look, as if she was ready for it.

Suddenly, there was a series of loud knocks on the door of the car and Maxwell and Harriet were taken aback.

Maxwell looked over his shoulder and saw a traffic cop standing outside the window.

Maxwell was stunned! 'Shit! Why the police came here to disturb us?'

Even Harriet was angry when she saw the police.

Harriet was all prepared for it, and then was interrupted!

Maxwell gritted his teeth and pulled open the window. The traffic policeman saluted and said gravely, "Sir, the road is under construction and you can't stop here. Please go ahead and stop if you have something to deal with."

"Got it," Maxwell sighed and nodded.

The traffic policeman glanced at Harriet, who was clutching her messy clothes and looked flushed. He seemed to understand what had happened and said, "Sorry to bother you."

After the cop left, Maxwell looked at Harriet and said, "What should we do?"

"Don't ask me!" Harriet grunted, sorted out her clothes and said, "Let's go. Greta's going back to her mother's."

Maxwell wondered. "Going back to her mother's?"

Harriet nodded. "She told me herself that she was going to find her father and calm down for a while."

Maxwell smiled wryly. "She's still mad at me. It's a mistake..."

"The pictures she got were of you and the woman entering the hotel. Who knows what you were doing in there?" Harriet snorted. "Maybe you've done everything."

"We just played cards with her friends. If you don't believe me, I can ask her friends to prove it," Maxwell explained with a wry smile.

"Are you lying?" Harriet looked at Maxwell.

"Do I have to lie?" asked Maxwell, and Harriet pondered for a moment." So, someone is setting you up?"

"Greta told me someone has sent her an anonymous envelope," Harriet said. Maxwell's eyes narrowed.

"An anonymous envelope?" Maxwell's eyes were cold. He knew who was setting him up.

It couldn't be anyone else. Andreas met him in a bar during the day!

Only Andreas could have come up with such a vicious plan.

"I know who did it," Maxwell spoke slowly, his eyes brightened up.

That guy was really annoyed.

"No one is at home, you mean?" Maxwell blinked, as if he understood Harriet's point.

"What are you thinking of?" Harriet gave him a charming look. "Leila's at home."

"She's weak." Maxwell pursed his lips.

"But she's very cleaver. She can hear anything." Harriet shook her head. Leila used to come from China's special forces. Although her skill was temporarily weakened by the injury, she was still very sensitive in hearing.

Sitting by the bed of Derrick's mansion, Greta looked out the window at the dark night blankly.

"What's going on?" A soft voice came from the bedroom door. Greta turned to see Derrick standing by the bedroom door with a cup of hot milk in his hand.

"Dad," Greta said softly.

"Tell me what happened," Derrick said.
