Hearing the news that Samuel had lunch with Elinor and Rutledge, Victor turned livid.
"What's going on?"
He gnashed his teeth and asked this question. "Samuel and Rutledge know each other?"
"It seems..." Chad turned over the record. "They don't know each other."
"Then why did they eat together?"
"It seemed that he was taken out by Miss Blue to go shopping and accidentally encountered Miss Sue and Rutledge." Chad said honestly, "Then they had lunch together."
Victor sneered. "I'll call him later."
He would like to ask Samuel why he still had lunch with Rutledge, after he actually knew Victor had conflicts with Rutledge.
Damn it.
Chad carefully handed in the report. "Anyway, that's all."
"Stop."
Seeing him ready to sneak out, Victor stopped him. "Are you unhappy to investigate?"
"No, no." Chad shrank his neck. "Now that you care about Miss Sue's acts, why don't you go to find her in person?"
Victor miffed. "Why the fuck should I find her?"
Then why do you pat attention to her messages every day? But Chad didn't dare to spit these words out, for after all, Victor was his boss. He can only express his meanings euphemistically. "I think you care about her for you want to pursue her."
As if Victor's pain points were hit by him. "What the fuck do you say? You never think over your words before you blurt out?"
Because you ask me to investigate Elinor every day.
