We Will Collide Someday by Scarlett Sanchez novel Chapter 393

Chapter 393 Just a Friend

Alexa smiled and asked Giselle for her opinion patiently.

However, Giselle had always been submissive and seemed to be very nervous.

Alexa felt that Giselle shouldn’t be pretending.

At least after Giselle had just recovered from her serious illness, she was a completely different person from before.

Giselle was very happy to discuss the wedding. She even proposed to invite her parents to New York, and both parents would meet each other.

Alexa readily agreed.

In short, as long as Keyon agreed, she had no objections.

After ending the call, Terrence took the opportunity to hold Alexa in his arms.

“Didn’t you have a bad time with Giselle in the past?”

“It was quite unpleasant.”

When Alexa thought of what Giselle had done in the past, she always felt uneasy.

“My brother found her a psychologist. The doctor diagnosed that Giselle has a very serious two-way emotional disorder. Now it should be controlled.”

Alexa was not interested in these things. After all, she would not meet Giselle often in the future.

Giselle had the Niebergall family behind her, so it was hard to guarantee that they would not hide something.

“You don’t need to care too much,” Terrence casually said.

Terrence really had not paid attention to Giselle.

Although Terrence was busy dealing with things of the company all day long, there was only Alexa at the bottom of his heart.

“I know.” Alexa leaned in his arms. “But on the surface, you must always be kind to her.”

No matter what Alexa’s attitude was, Terrence was very supportive.

Alexa fiddled with his tie and suddenly remembered something.

“You spend so much time with me every day. Don’t you have to go socialize?”

Although Alexa liked being with him, she didn’t want to be the kind of woman that those people talked about delaying his career.

“Isn’t it good to accompany you?”

“Don’t you need to socialize?”

Now that Hudson Group was in the middle of its promotion period, many big shots in the industry wanted to get close to them as Terrence was in charge of the power.

“Business engagements require the presence of my wife, Mrs. Ramsey,”

Terrence answered very seriously. “I remember that you never liked this kind of occasion. So I refused all of them.”

“I can go there once in a while.”

“Okay, I got it.”

Terrence nodded and remembered every word she said.

That night, Alexa read Kieran’s Line post.

After such a long time, she finally saw some news about him.

The location was South Korea International Airport. There was no picture of it, only a short sentence.

“It’s been a long time.”

Alexa pondered silently for a moment before Clara sent a message.

“Alexa, my brother is going back home tomorrow. Want to come out for a get-together?”

“So fast?”

“Yes. My dad has not been in good health recently, so my brother plans to come back to inherit the family business.”

“Is he still a doctor?”

After a long time, Clara replied.

“No. When he takes over the company, I will divorce.”

Alexa was not actually surprised.

It was a business marriage alliance. Clara and the son of the Golding family had been treating each other with proper respect and concern for so many years. It was already a good ending for them to be able to get along well.

“Alright, then let’s have dinner together tomorrow night.”

Alexa immediately told Terrence about this matter. He was about to fall asleep, but he instantly became vigilant.

“You want to see Kieran?”

“I want to go with you. If you don’t want to, we won’t go.” She didn’t want to force him.

“Do you want to see him?” Terrence asked doubtfully.

“Ms. Powell has already invited me. I said yes to her.”
