Beatrice quickly grabbed her hand and said, “Of course, I forgive you. I know you couldn’t help it, and I believe in you.” 

She had a hint of alcohol on her face, and when she smiled, it was very warm and genuine. 

Selina nodded vigorously, but deep down she snorted in disdain.

Selina started crying again and said with grievance, “Do you doubt me? We have been good friends for so many years, and besides, your roommates have always been targeting you. I have always defended you and accompanied you. What if it’s them?”
