Chapter 29 Let Her Bear All the Consequences. 

“The situation is just as you see it.” 

Bentley’s voice carried a hint of sorrow. “It’s the Valence family’s fault, Isabella; it’s my failure to raise my son properly!” 

My late mother–in–law had a beautiful name, Isabella Valence.
