Galen Martin held Jenna close as the trio exited the clinic. But they hadn't gone far when they were stopped at the entrance.

"Well, well, well."

Yuna Martin stood there with her arms crossed, leisurely taking in the scene—her gaze shifting between Galen, Sherilyn Gomez, and Jenna.

"So, what's going on here?"

Sherilyn frowned, a sense of dread washing over her. "How did you get here?"

In a hurry, Galen handed Jenna to Sherilyn. "Sis, take Jenna and leave. Yuna can be dramatic, and we don’t want to upset her."

"Alright."

Sherilyn nodded, "Jenna, say goodbye to Uncle."

"Bye-bye, Uncle!"

"Goodbye, Jenna!"

With no time to waste, Sherilyn, holding Jenna, quickly walked away.

"Hey! Don't walk away!"

Seeing them leave, Yuna tried to follow. "Sherilyn! Stop right there! Did you hear me?"

"Yuna!"

Galen stepped in, blocking her path. "Calm down! How did you even find this place?"

He scoffed, "Were you following me?"

"And if I was?"

Yuna admitted without hesitation. Ever since the BMW incident, she'd been harboring resentment. Galen had stubbornly denied buying Sherilyn a car!

"If I hadn't followed you, you'd still be denying it, wouldn't you?"

Yuna pointed in the direction Sherilyn had gone. "Out of excuses now, huh? Didn't you claim you two had nothing going on?"

"Look at yourself!"

Galen shook his head in frustration. "Why do you think I haven't been upfront with you? Do you even see Sherilyn as your sister?"

"She's not my sister!"

Yuna retorted defiantly, chin lifted high. "We don’t share the same mother! How could she be my sister?"

"You..."

Galen was so frustrated he was at a loss for words. "This is exactly why I didn’t tell you!"

He grabbed Yuna by the wrist. "Let's not make a scene here. Let's go home!"
