Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1036
The little finger on her left hand was now lying flatly on the ground as if it had no bones to support it. A heart -wrenching pain radiated from her smashed little finger. She was in so much pain her consciousness was starting to fade.
No matter how hard she tried to recall, she could not remember who it was who refused to let her go even when she was sent to an asylum. The only thing she remembered was the words Joshua said to the leader of the nurses yesterday when she was lifted out of Blue Bay Villa on a stretcher. “Treat her wounds when you’re at the hospital. Her hands are quite pretty, it would be a pity if they were scarred.“
Luna closed her eyes, Fiona’s baleful gaze floating in front of her eyes when Joshua said those words.
She laughed bitterly. She was already in this condition, and yet Fiona would still feel jealous of her just because of a single sentence out of Joshua’s mouth?
The severe pain prevented her from pondering on this issue for too long. The pain was all that filled her mind. Too much pain. No one treated her, no one dressed her wound. Every smashed blood vessel on that finger was clamoring and protesting, the pain was violent and severe. She had a high fever.
Only after lunch, two nurses came and fed her medicine, then washed her face with cold water.
“Wake up! Someone’s here to see you! “
After dressing her wound with a simple layer of gauze, Luna was dragged out of her ward to the same visiting room that felt like a prison visiting room. The last time she was here, she was outside. This time, she was inside.
Sitting behind the iron railing, Luna raised her eyes to look at the woman sitting outside. “It’s you?”
The woman sitting opposite her curled her lips in a smile, tucked her hair behind her ears gracefully,

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
