Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1101
Joshua gripped the phone tightly in his hand as he narrowed his eyes. “Who did she invite?“
Luke remained silent for a moment before finally asking, “Does this mean that…not only did Luna not tell you about the party, but she didn’t invite you either?“
Joshua’s expression darkened as soon as he heard this. “I’m asking you who did she invite.“
Luke could not stop himself from laughing out loud, “Since you’re not invited, I don’t think you have the right to know who’s on the invitation list.“
A vein popped out on Joshua’s forehead. He narrowed his eyes and said, “I guess you’ve gotten too used to being the big guy in Sea City, and you’ve forgotten whose territory Banyan City is.“
Luke’s smile froze on his face as soon as he heard Joshua’s frosty tone. He let out a somewhat awkward cough and replied, “Well, from what I know as of now, there’s Anne, Bonnie, and the rest, and maybe some of the coworkers from your company.
“Oh, and also…your nephew Christian.“
A cold look passed through Joshua’s eyes. “Alright.“ With that, he hung up the phone with a loud thud.
After putting his phone back on his desk, Joshua lifted his hand to rub his eyebrows.
A split second later, he dialed an extension. “Please tell Shannon to come into my office.“
Two minutes later, Shannon knocked on Joshua’s office door somewhat timidly. “You asked for me, President Lynch?“
“Yes.“ Joshua shot her an impassive glance and pointed at the sofa next to him. “Sit down.“
Shannon could not help but feel startled by this. This man was usually cold and emotion less toward any woman apart from Luna, so why was he acting so courteous to her all of a sudden?
Shannon had been working in Lynch Group for a while now, but she had never seen President Lynch acting this way before.
She pursed her lips and sat down on the sofa nervously. “President Lynch, the reason you asked for me…is it because you have something to tell me?“
“Yes.“ Joshua leaned against the sofa gracefully and swept his impassive glance across Shannon’s nervous face. “I wanted to talk to you about some private matters.“
Shannon could feel her heart leap into her throat. “ What…what kind of private matters?“
“Luna is hosting a small party at Blue Bay Villa tonight; did she invite you?“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
