Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1123
Ending the call, Luna took a deep breath, feeling lost and anxious.
She considered calling the police. But Aura was so watchful and vigilant, if she called the police… She was worried Nellie and Nigel would be in danger.
Even if she successfully protected Nellie and Nigel, what about Neil? If the police came and saved Nigel and Nigel, Aura would definitely take out her anger on Neil.
It was not worth the risk. So she had no choice but to stride forward alone.
At this thought, she clutched the phone tightly in her hand and stared out the window anxiously.
They had to be safe. Nellie and Nigel had to be safe!
The entire journey from Blue Bay Villa to the beach, Luna’s heart pounded wildly in her chest. She did not know what Aura had in mind, neither did she know what would be waiting in store for her once she arrived there. She also wondered whether she could call for help…
Just like that, with a wildly pounding heart, Luna arrived at the beach. Stepping out of the car, she walked along the beach, searching for any signs of the children.
The beach that was usually crowded was completely empty, the entire area worryingly quiet.
There were no streetlights on the beach, with every
step she took, Luna’s heart beat anxiously in her chest, the only sounds drifting into her ear were the gentle crash of the waves against the beach and the flapping of seagulls’ wings.
The longer she searched, the more desperate she grew, the loom of despair growing larger and larger. She was afraid she would not be able to find Nellie and Nigel, afraid that the slip of paper was just a cruel joke to torment her.
If she failed to find the children here, where could she go to look for them? Surely she had other options besides just sitting and waiting for Aura to make the first move?

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
