Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1133
Joshua was in the operation theater being resuscitated for the entire night. The next day at four in the morning, he was being pushed out from the operation theater. He was still unconscious.
Luna had not slept for the entire night. When he was no longer in danger and was pushed to the ward, Luna still remained by his side next to his bed. She was not willing to leave him alone for a single moment.
Lucas had tried multiple times to persuade her to head home to rest, but she refused.
“Joshua. “ Luna held Joshua’s hand. Her voice was hoarse and weak. “I used to think that no one would care for my children as much as me in this world. I never have thought…“
The Joshua that she had always been complaining of being heartless and inhumane…
He would actually do so many things for his children behind her back. Luna did not understand and was unaware of his doings. She only misunderstood him, blamed him, and thought of him as the extremely vicious bad guy.
Therefore, as a punishment, she had to keep watch by his side and not leave him alone for a moment.
Luna hoped that the first person Joshua saw when he woke up was her. The first thing that he should hear is her apology. If not, Luna’s guilty conscience will eat her up.
10 in the morning, Lucas brought Nigel and Nellie over. When Nellie saw the unconscious Joshua, tears could not help but fall, “It’s my fault! It’s all my fault! If I did not insist on using Nigel and I going missing to attract Mommy to the beach, last night would not have turned out this way! Daddy would not be sitting by the beach watching the fireworks in disappointment and getting hurt in the end! It’s all my fault!
“When I was planning the birthday party last night, Daddy said that we are too important to you and we should not play pranks like pretending to go missing. He said that Mommy would get angry.
“But I thought that even if you got angry when you saw the birthday surprise we threw for you, your anger would instantly die down.“
Then, Nellie looks at Luna with a tear-stricken face.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
