Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1143
Michael and Celia were shocked. They subconsciously turned around.
Standing behind them by the entrance to the villa was Adrian who looked confused.
Next to him was a young pretty lady pushing a wheelchair. The man on the wheelchair might seem weak and pale, but his arrogant and regal aura was so strong it forced one to look away.
Michael furrowed his brows.
Was that man not the president of the Lynch Group, Joshua Lynch? The man whom his parents had mentioned to him ever since he was young. The man that would be his future competition and role model.
Was his life not hanging by the thread? Was he not about to die? Why did he suddenly appear?
“Daddy! “ Nellie turned around and immediately noticed Joshua in the wheelchair. She immediately threw her ice cream into the bin and ran toward Joshua.
Nigel also placed his laptop down excitedly and quickly ran toward Joshua and Luna. A rare occurrence.
Nellie buried herself in Joshua’s arms. “You’re up! I knew you wouldn’t abandon us! You would surely come around! “
Joshua’s body was still weak. He stumbled a little when Nellie crashed into him. However, he still reached his arms out and hugged Nellie in his arms. He smiled calmly. ”You still know me the best.”
For the past few days, Joshua could actually hear what was going on in the outside world. He could hear Luna’s cries. He could also hear how much Nellie and Nigel missed him. However, he could not come around. It was as if his brain was being crushed by a huge boulder. He could not break free no matter what. His eyelids felt like lead.
Joshua had been trying hard to come around. He knew he could not abandon them. No matter how he tried, it was hard to open his eyes.
It was until Adrian appeared. Joshua was afraid that Luna might get hurt. He was afraid Luna and her children would be bullied. The agitated emotions helped him break free that instant. He immediately woke up.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
