Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1235
Because of Granny Lynch and their unwelcome visitors, Luna lost her appetite early in the morning.
She prepared breakfast and called Nellie and Nigel to the dining table, then headed to visit Neil and finally pushed Joshua’s door open, balancing the tray of food in her hands.
At that moment, Joshua lay at the head of the bed, reading a copy of a medical report. Luna frowned and approached him, taking a peek at the report. To her surprise, it belonged to Granny Lynch.
She paused, set the bowl on the tiny table and raised her eyes, glancing at Joshua. “What’s wrong with Granny?“
“She relapsed. It happened some time ago, but she never told me.“
Luna’s hand that was about to feed him a spoonful of oats paused slightly. “Is it serious?“
“Yeah.“ Joshua nodded, a hint of exhaustion appearing on his face. “She fell prey to a feuding family many years ago. Because of their extremely low-handed trick, she couldn’t even sit up in bed, but to protect the entire Lynch family, she didn’t get treated in time, instead, she acted swiftly and severely and chased them out of Banyan City to Sea City, then out of the country. After all this was done, her health deteriorated greatly.
“After I inherited the Lynch Group, I consulted all of the best doctors in the world, but they could only suppress her symptoms.“
As he spoke, he started sighing again, “It’s been lo years since she suffered a relapse. The doctors don’t know the cause of her recent relapse. And she’s old now, the doctor said…she might not make it.“
Luna bit her lip, sighing as she fed Joshua his oats. “ That’s why Granny will change her mind, she wants to see you and Michael make amends while she’s still alive. She’s still worried about you, she’s afraid… afraid once she’s gone and I take the children and leave you, you’ll be left all alone.“
After swallowing down a bite of his oats, Joshua laughed coldly, “Even if I’m left all alone, I don’t need people like Adrian Lynch and Michael as my family.“
Watching his stubborn yet lonely eyes, Luna sighed deeply but did not say anything further. After he finished, she turned and headed downstairs.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
