Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1239
Joshua’s hand that was holding his phone paused. He raised his head and looked at Luna. “Courtney is sick.“
Luna’s entire body trembled. Courtney was sick? But before she left, she was still perfectly fine. Why…
Suddenly, the image of Courtney drinking clam chowder appeared before her eyes. If she remembered correctly…
Aura asked one of the servants to bring her that bowl of clam chowder. But she never expected that Courtney would think it was a welcome gift from Aura and finished it all. That was why…
At this thought, Luna broke up into cold sweat. She could not imagine the consequences if she had drunk that bowl of soup!
“Luna.“ Ending the call, Joshua kept his eyes fixed on Luna. “I asked the driver to send her to the hospital where both Neil and Theo are. Do you…want to visit her on my behalf?“
Luna paused then nodded hurriedly. “Okay.“ With that, she stood up in a rush and prepared to head out. The moment her fingers rested on the door handle, the sound of Joshua rummaging around rang out behind her. She turned back and Joshua handed her the item in his hands. She saw that it was Granny Lynch’s medical records which he had been reading all morning.
“Take this to the hospital too, to Dr. Janet Yves.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
