Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1286
“After that, you started to go crazy because you missed your child too much, so Jason had no choice but to contact me. We had to go through many connections before we could finally find some medicine to wipe your memory and let you forget the past.
“If your child is still alive now, he’d be the same age as Nigel and Nellie now, but… Tsk, tsk. Too bad you won’t be able to see him at all.“
Aura turned around and grabbed hold of Joshua’s arm. “Since you’re so free, why don’t you mind your own business instead of sticking your nose into everyone else’s?“
With that, Aura turned and strode away with Joshua. Bonnie stood in the same spot, frozen in shock.
Then, after a moment, she reached out a hand to knock on her head.
Aura was right…
Six years ago, before Jason left Banyan City, Bonnie had indeed lost about a year’s memory. However, Jason had told her this was due to a fever, which led to a concussion and subsequent memory loss, but it seemed that…
“Aunty Bonnie.“ All of a sudden, Nellie tugged on Bonnie’s sleeve. “Are you alright, Aunty Bonnie? “
Bonnie wiped her face, then lowered her head to smile at Nigel and Nellie. “I’m fine.
“Aura thought that she’d get to me by making up a fake story. Well, she’s wrong.“
With that, she picked Nellie up in her arms, grabbed onto Nigel’s hand, and entered the elevator together.
Bonnie had seen the photos of Luna on Nigel’s phone. She thought that Luna’s condition would be similar to what she had seen in the pictures.
However, it was only after making it upstairs and looking through the glass window in front of the ICU that she discovered just how serious Luna’s condition was.
Bonnie had seen her fair share of dying people. She still remembered how Grandpa Lane, the grandfather who had raised her in the village, looked just moments before his death.
At this moment…Luna looked almost exactly like how Grandpa Lane looked.
As soon as she thought of this, Bonnie felt as though an invisible hand squeezed her heart.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
