Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1372
Actually…
This was something Luna had been wondering about as well.
Since Luke had already passed on her message the day before, this meant that Joshua should have known that she was in Merchant City.
However, from the moment Joshua arrived at Merchant City…he had been busy targeting businesses related to the Landry family.
He did not target nor harm the Quinn family at all. Not only that, but he did not initiate any contact with the Quinn family to meet Luna.
Luna tried not to overthink, but, given the reality, it was hard not to dwell on her suspicions that…
Could it be that seeking revenge was a bigger priority than finding her to Joshua?
Was it so important for him to seek revenge on the Landry family that he could not even focus on tracking her down simultaneously and instead refused to find her before he succeeded in getting his revenge?
“What do you think, Mr. Lennon? “ Joshua curled his lips into a smile and continued in a calm voice, “Is there any difference between me coming to Merchant City for a woman versus my boycotting of the Landry family? What makes you think these are two separate events, Mr. Lennon?“
Mr. Lennon paused for a moment, then answered in a low voice, “Does this mean that this woman you deem important is related to the Landry family, Mr. Lynch?“
Joshua did not answer. Instead, he sat there elegantly and poured himself a glass of wine, then downed it in one gulp. “It’s about time that I punish the Landry family for the sins they committed.“
With that, Joshua tossed a stack of documents on the table. “Mr. Lennon, I have given you the price. If you decide to work with Lynch Group, I’ll give you a discount to expand your business to Banyan City.
However, if you insist on continuing your business relationship with the Landry family, then…perhaps you can join them when they go bankrupt.“
Mr. Lennon froze for a moment, then took the documents and signed them, wiping away his sweat a t the same time. “Mr. Joshua, I agree. All I’m saying is, why do you need to put in so much effort to harm the Landry family?“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
