Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1467
Malcolm glanced at Luna out of the corner of his eye, then shook Charles’ hand with a smile. “Don’t thank me, Mr. Landry. After all, we’ll eventually become a family.“
Charles paused for a moment, then burst into laughter and replied, “Yes, you’re right, Malcolm. We’ll eventually become a family! “
Luna and Bonnie exchanged a look when they heard this.
What was going on?
Should Charles not be thanking Joshua, who had gone back to Banyan City overnight just to find the herb that had saved Rosalyn?
Why was Charles thanking Malcolm instead and even telling him that they would become a family? What was happening?
All of a sudden, the door to the room was pushed open.
Charles let go of Malcolm’s hand and stormed into the room while Christopher and Jim came out.
Luna bit her lip and approached them. “Mr. Christopher.“
She let out an exhale and contemplated her words before saying, “My mother’s illness…was Joshua the one who had saved her?“
“Joshua?“ Christopher’s expression darkened when he heard this name. He scoffed and said, “Master Quinn was the one who had sent the herb over and saved Mrs. Landry’s life! “
As he said this, he took out his phone. “Mr. Lynch’s friend Jude had indeed given me a backpack that contained a box, but…“
He showed a picture of the grass contained within the box to Luna and continued, “This was what he had given me! “
The more he talked, the angrier Christopher got. “He told me that as soon as he managed to find the herb, I would’ve to get the rest of my ingredients ready so that when his herb arrives, it would be added into the broth, and the antidote would be ready as soon as possible! But look what happened?
“I had given him a photo and description of the herb he should be looking for, but he gave me some dried grass instead!
“I had given him such an excellent idea to help Mrs. Landry so that the two of you could reconcile, but this is what I get in return!

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
