Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1485
Malcolm…came?
Luna’s entire body stiffened when she heard the servants’ conversation.
The servant said Malcolm had heard that she was pregnant, so he came to admit his wrongdoing.
With all the rumors swirling around, it seemed as though the child in her belly was Malcolm’s.
However…
Luna knew it better than anyone that this child belonged to Joshua.
On top of that, when she reached Merchant City, Malcolm’s legs had already been injured in his accident. The two of them could not have slept together at all, so what was Malcolm thinking, and why did he come?
“What does Luna’s pregnancy have anything to do with Malcolm? What is he trying to admit to?“ Jim’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he glanced at Luna. Then, he turned and looked toward the door.
“Do you think he will say that the child is his? The timing is not possible. Besides, how long has he been crippled?“
Jim’s words made Charles frown. He then gave Jim a stern look and said, “So what if he is crippled? Six years ago when you were weak, didn’t you sleep with another woman and bring the child home too?“
Having been prod with his weakness, Jim did not say anything in response.
Heather pretended to sigh in lament and said, “I always thought this child in Luna’s belly is Joshua’s. Who would have thought it was Malcolm’s. This must mean that the two of them can get married immediately. It’s only been a month since she found out about the pregnancy. If we claim that the child is preterm when she gives birth, then no one will find out that she had gotten pregnant before marriage.“
Heather deliberately emphasized the words, ‘ pregnant before marriage.’
The color drained from Charles’ face.
In the past, Lucy, too, had gotten pregnant before marriage, and when he had married her, she was already five months along.
Not only was she subjected to verbal violence at the wedding, but she had also fallen into depression after as well.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
