Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1526
“Poor Mother, she’s now in a vegetative state and stuck on her bed, but the real murderer is going to go off scot-free because of lacking evidence…“ Tears started falling from Heather’s eyes as she said this. “I s there no other way? Poor Mother…“
Charles narrowed his eyes when he heard this. He scoffed and said, “How can there be no other way?“
Since he could not punish Joshua through prosecution, he would use other means!
Charles had heard that a new gangster named Luke Jones, who was notorious for his crimes, had recently arrived in Merchant City.
Tonight, he would find Luke Jones and ask him to kill Joshua, at any price!
“If you have a plan, Father, that would be great…“ Heather let out a sigh, comforted Charles, and sent him home. After bringing him back to Landry Mansion, she left again in a hurry.
Sitting in her car, Heather let out an exhale, took out her phone, and dialed Malcolm’s number. “That old grinch says he can take care of Joshua Lynch.
“Though, that old grinch only thinks of me as his daughter, and I can’t become the new Mrs. Landry. Quick, help me come up with a plan.“
Malcolm fell into silence for a moment, then snickered. “Heather, your taste is becoming more and more questionable. Are you willing to sleep with
an old man like Charles Landry for riches and power?“
Heather rolled her eyes and snapped, “What else am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to go back to Sea City and spend the rest of my life in poverty with Joseph and Natasha Gibson?
“They were the ones who had switched me out with Luna so that I could enjoy life with the Landry family in the first place, so how can I go back so easily?“
Malcolm sneered. “So this is why you’re trying to sleep with Charles Landry?
“C’mon, Heather, you used to be my fiancée in the past, so can you stop being so shameless?“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
