Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1539
When Luna entered Tea Cottage, the first thing that came flying her way was the cushion that Bonnie had thrown.
She did not manage to dodge it in time, and the cushion landed smack on her face.
It did not hurt at all, but Luna’s tears still fell.
It was as though all the emotions she had been suppressing for the entire night had finally erupted.
She squatted at the door and started crying like a child.
Inside the room, both Jim and Bonnie grew terrified at this sight. Jim immediately strode over, picked
Luna up, and placed her on the sofa. “What’s wrong?“
Bonnie quickly approached her nervously. “I…I didn’t throw it very hard at all! Why…“
“She must be upset because of something else, “ Jim reassured Bonnie with a frown, then reached out to stroke Luna’s head. “Come on, tell me what’s wrong.“
Luna could not stop herself from wrapping her arms around Jim’s waist and burying her head in his chest. “Jim…I ‘ll never be able to make it up to my children…
“I chose the Landry family and Mother over them…
“I ‘ve disappointed them, and from today onward, they must hate me already…“
Jim’s entire body stiffened when he heard this. He hugged Luna in return.
He knew that this was unavoidable. It was better for the children to be with Joshua than to return to the Landry family with Luna.
The children were Luna’s weaknesses, and just the one in her belly was enough to make Charles force her to swear that she would never see Joshua again.
If the remaining three followed her to the Landry family…
No matter how cruel Joshua was, Jim knew that he would not attack the children nor use them to threaten Luna.
Bonnie could not help feeling a little sad when she saw Jim hugging Luna.
All these years, Luna did not have anyone to rely on apart from Joshua and the three children.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
