Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1541
“The reason why I came to Landry Mansion so early is to find Luna, of course, “ replied Malcolm calmly despite having been thrown such a sharp question by Jim. “I haven’t been feeling well these few days, and I only found out about what happened to Mrs. Landry this morning.“
With that, he lifted his head to glance at Luna. “Luna has been so close with Mrs. Landry ever since she returned to the Landry family, and now that something like this has happened to her…I was worried that Luna would be upset, so I came here immediately to check on her.“
Suddenly, his tone changed as he glanced at Luna and Jim. “However, as soon as I arrived, I realized that Luna wasn’t home. I thought she had probably spent the night in the hospital, so I asked my servant to take me away.“
With that, he sighed and shot Jim a somewhat displeased look. “That was what happened. Do you have any other questions, Master Landry?“
Jim sneered. “Is that really what happened?“
Malcolm chuckled and replied, “Well, what else cou1d’ve happened? Are you suggesting that I slept over here last night?“
“Had all of you been away the entire night? What are you yapping about so early in the morning?“ Just as the three of them were disputing about this, Heather’s voice rang out from behind them.
She came downstairs dressed in her pajamas, yawning at the same time.
When she caught sight of Malcolm, Heather paused and curled her lips into a smirk. “Have you come here so early to find Luna? What a faithful fiancé you are, Master Quinn.“
With that, she plopped down on the sofa, picked up the bowl of fruit on the table, and started munching on them. She glanced at the three of them standing next to the door and asked, “Luna, Jim, aren’t you going to invite our guest into the house?“
“There’s no need for that.“ Malcolm sneered and said contemptuously, “I came all the way to visit Luna so early in the morning, but they all thought I had spent the night here. I don’t even dare to imagine the consequences if I were to overstay my welcome.“

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
