Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy chapter 1581
As soon as she heard this, Luna clenched her fists next to her.
She closed her eyes, feeling as though an invisible hand was squeezing her heart at this moment.
She had guessed that the reason Joshua had treated Charles like this was not because of his own doing.
She knew him very well, and she understood that this man was not stupid. He would never try to kill Charles in broad daylight.
Luna guessed that Charles must have said something he should not have and did something that crossed the line to anger Joshua, but she never expected…
She never expected that Charles would use the dead baby to taunt Joshua.
Had he forgotten that this baby did not only belong to Joshua but was also hers?
Seeing that Luna was not speaking, Joshua let out a sigh. Then, he took out a cigarette from his pocket, lit it, and turned to glance at Luna and Gwen’s car. “Where are you going?”
Gwen pursed her lips and replied, “We were planning to go to the church in the eastern part of the city to pray for Luna’s mother.”
With that, she could not help shooting Joshua another glance and asked, “What about you? Judging from the direction your car is headed, I’m guessing you were coming to our place. Are you looking for Luna?”
Joshua raised his brows but did not reply.
Luna let out an exhale and turned her head away to avoid Joshua’s dark, penetrating stare. “Joshua, I’ve already told you that ever since this child passed away, you and I will not have anything to do with each other anymore. Don’t come and find—”
“Well, you say that the child was the last thing holding the two of us together.” Joshua interrupted her coldly, exhaling a smoke ring. “There’s still three days.”
Luna froze and turned to stare at him. “What?”
“There are still three days until our child would’ve turned a month old.” Joshua took another puff from his cigarette, fixating his penetrating gaze on Luna’s face in the smoke. ” There’s a tradition in Banyan City that if the child dies after birth, then we will have to visit their grave and give them a small celebration a month after their passing.
“If other child ren have this, then naturally, we should do this for our daughter too.”
With that, he tossed the cigarette on the ground and put it out with his foot. “The reason I came to find you today was to ask you if you wanted to pay a visit to her grave together in three days.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
