Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy by Inked Snow Chapter 1623
After hanging up the phone, Joshua narrowed his brows and stared intently at the report before him.
The child that had died a month ago was not his at all.
Therefore, the servant had not been lying; this was not his and Luna’s child at all.
However…
Their child’s whereabouts, and whether she was still living or not, were all in the unknown.
Therefore, before tracking down the child and confirming that she was still alive, Joshua did not intend to tell Luna.
She had just gotten over her grief of losing the child, and if he gave her hope at this moment…
He was worried that if the outcome was not what they expected, Luna would not be able to bear the emotional burden.
Joshua closed his eyes and leaned against the sofa.
Truth be told, he could confirm that the person who had ordered the sniper to kill Vivian was none other than Malcolm. Therefore, he knew that Malcolm was the most likely person to have switched out his and Luna’s child with another one.
What was he trying to do? Where was their child? Joshua rubbed his brows in frustration.
A split second later, he lifted his head to glance at Lucas. ” What has Hunter Quinn been up to lately?”
Lucas quickly got out his laptop, and after searching for a while, he replied obediently, “After failing in his conquests against me multiple times and causing tremendous financial losses to the Quinn Group, Hunter Quinn has been fired from his position at Quinn Group.
“A month ago, a girlfriend of his appeared at Quinn Mansion with a baby, and so the Quinn family hosted a discreet wedding for him and sent him, his wife, and the baby on a trip around the globe.”
Joshua narrowed his eyes.
Hunter was not someone who would knock a woman up by accident, but a ‘girlfriend’ suddenly appeared with a baby around the same time Luna had given birth…

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
