Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy by Inked Snow Chapter 1631
Previously, Luna could not understand why Harris, the gangster who had come from Lincoln City, would want to capture her along with Caleb.
As soon as he said this, however, she understood everything.
This night, Harris had kidnapped both of them under the pretenses of capturing Caleb, but his real target was her!
Therefore, it was clear that whoever had bought out Harris was someone from Merchant City, and this person was very familiar with Luna.
This person knew that all of the gangs in Merchant City were under Luke’s power now, and since Luna was Gwen’s friend, no one in Merchant City would dare to hurt Luna.
Even if they dared to take this dangerous task, they would soon be targeted by Luke.
However, it was not the case for an outsider from Lincoln City.
Harris had come all the way from Lincoln City to find Caleb, and even if Luke had found out about this, he would think that Harris was just after Caleb and would not interfere in this business.
This had given Harris the perfect opportunity to capture Luna.
Caleb was just a distraction, and she was Harris’ true target.
Sprawled on the ground, Luna could already guess who the person that had arranged for Harris to come all the way to Merchant City was…
She closed her eyes and felt her breath grow hotter and hotter.
Luna let out a bitter smile. She was still too naive.
This morning, when she received the call from Charles asking her to attend the blind date, she had thought Heather and Malcolm just wanted her to marry off to Lincoln City as soon as possible so that she would not be able to interfere in the Landry Group’s affairs anymore.
She never thought that they would want her killed! “Luna…” All of a sudden, she heard Caleb’s voice.
The pill that Harris had shoved into her mouth seemed to be taking effect because even though Caleb was just a few meters away from her, his voice sounded very distant to her.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
