Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy by Inked Snow Chapter 1654
At least Joshua had not said anything that he should not have, unlike how he had acted on the phone in the afternoon.
After finishing their meal, the three of them left the restaurant.
As she was walking down the stairs, Luna accidentally lost her balance.
Joshua was standing on her left, whereas Theo was on her right.
However, for some reason, Luna did not reach out her dominant right hand and instead extended her left hand to grab hold of Joshua’s arm for support.
To her surprise, Joshua’s usually lean, muscular arm somehow felt softer than usual. It seemed as though there was something wrapped around his arm.
Luna immediately lifted her head in surprise when she felt this.
In front of her, Joshua’s brows were furrowed as he shot her a cold glare. “Let go of me.”
His stern voice and cold attitude made Luna feel like her entire body had been submerged in ice.
She immediately let go of him.
“Take care of her; she’s so clumsy,” said Joshua curtly, and without giving Luna a second glance, he strode down the stairs and left.
Neither Luna nor Theo had noticed Joshua’s pale face when he turned his back toward them.
When Luna grabbed his arm, she had accidentally clasped around his newly sutured wound from the afternoon, and in trying to maintain her balance, she had grabbed him quite forcefully.
Joshua could already feel his wound start to bleed again from the force.
Therefore, he could not stay any longer.
As he walked, he instructed in a low voice, “Lucas, get me a doctor.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
