Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy by Inked Snow Chapter 1656
With that, Joshua curled his lips into a smirk and added, ” Are you here to bust me?”
Luna did not feel like talking about this with him. She knew that he was just trying to distract her because he did not want her to know about his injury.
As soon as she thought of this, Luna lunged forward and pulled his pajama shirt open.
Joshua pressed her down against the floor as he leered, ” Why are you desperate to rip open my shirt as soon as you walk in?”
“It’s not like I haven’t seen it before.” Luna let out an exhale and pulled his arm away, knowing that he was hurt and did not have the force to stop her.
His pajama shirt gaped open, exposing his injured right arm.
Luna did not know how big his wound was, but judging from the length and amount of stitches used, it seemed like a fairly deep wound.
Cheryl stormed into the room and quickly picked up Joshua’s fallen shirt. Then, she glared at Luna as she helped him put his shirt back on. “Even though you’ve slept with him in the past, it doesn’t give you the right to do this!”
Luna ignored her entirely.
She stood motionless as she stared at Joshua intently. ” Why didn’t you tell me?”
Joshua replied impassively as he put on his shirt with Cheryl’s help, “Why do I have to tell you? You’re not a doctor.”
“I’m not a doctor, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have the right to know!”
He had suffered an injury trying to help her mother, so she had the right to know about it!
Luna bit her lip as she clenched her fists next to her. “I don’t want to be indebted to you…”
“That’s exactly why I didn’t want to tell you.” Joshua raised his brows. “Luna, weren’t you adamant about keeping a distance from me? If I tell you about my injury, how are you supposed to do that?”
Luna’s face turned white, then scarlet.
She bit her lip and did not know what to say.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
