Alarm bells rang in Luna’s head. “I have no idea what you’re talking about, “ she immediately denied.
“You know exactly what I ‘m talking about.“ Adrian shifted his position and leaned back gracefully against the couch. “Ms. Luna, please don’t forget. I was once a jewelry designer myself before Joshua’s mother passed away. Besides, I have a lot of connections in this industry.“
He curled his lips into a smile before he continued, “ I’ve read through your résumé. You tried to conceal your true identity, so I’m sure the last thing you want is for me to expose you here.“
Luna frowned. After the initial wave of shock passed, she now felt strangely calm. She looked at Adrian warily and said in a low voice, “How did you know? “
Why was Adrian investigating her?
“In case you’re wondering, I wasn’t investigating you on purpose.“ Adrian let out a small laugh. “I know that Nellie is the true identity of the famous jewelry designer known as Y, and because of this, I did a lot of research about her past designs. I discovered that Moon used to be her teacher, and after asking around, I managed to get my hands on some information about Moon through one of my connections in Europe.“
Adrian glanced at Luna and added, “Now I know the real reason why Ms. Luna came all the way to become a maid at Blue Bay Villa. You didn’t want to see Nellie’s talent go to waste, didn’t you?”
Luna frowned at his words, but as she contemplated for a moment, she confirmed that Adrian had yet to discover her true identity. He merely thought that she was a determined jewelry designer who had returned from abroad because she was unwilling to let go of an exceptionally gifted student.
Luna felt a surge of relief at this realization. She let out a deep breath and said, ”You’re right, Nellie’s talent is truly remarkable. I’ve never come across anyone as gifted as her, but I’ve already tendered my resignation at Blue Bay Villa. I’m not going to be teaching her anymore.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
