Pursuing My Ex-Wife Isn’t Easy by Inked Snow Chapter 1719
”Mr. Hunter Quinn, you are now under arrest for being involved in a homicide.” Outside the door, the police officer flashed his badge at Hunter coldly.
Hunter’s entire body stiffened. How could this be?
They had already managed to lose the police cars chasing after them, and the men had even brought him to a hiding place, so how could the police have found him so quickly?
This place was so secluded that even if the police had known he was here, they would still need some time to locate which house he was in.
The officer seemed to see right through Hunter’s confusion, and he chuckled as he explained, ”Just now, someone caught sight of you entering the basement, and we only realized it was you when we checked the surveillance cameras after receiving a call about this.”
With that, the police officer snapped the handcuffs around Hunter’s wrists. ”Come on.”
Hunter bit his lip, and as he was brought away by the police officer, he even bumped into the two men who had saved him at the end of the road.
They were holding a huge bag of toiletries in their hands.
Hunter let out a sigh and winked at them before he got into the police car.
The two men remained motionless, and after watching the police car leave, they exchanged glances and took out a phone.
”Ms. Jacobs, we’ve already completed the assignment. Hunter has believed, without a doubt, that we are Joshua Lynch’s men.”
”That’s great.” Charlotte then said in a slightly hoarse voice, ”Is there anything else you discovered?”
”Yes.” One of the men let out an exhale and replied, ”Hunter also wants us to tell Joshua Lynch that the baby that had passed away wasn’t his and Luna’s after all. He even told us that Malcolm Quinn was the one who had ordered him to switch out the baby when it was born.”
Charlotte narrowed her eyes when she heard this. ”
Alright, thank you for letting me know.
”I’ll pay you the money I promised, and not a penny less. However, you’re not allowed to talk about what Hunter told you to anyone else.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
