Chapter 1876
That voice.
Luna’s entire body stiffened.
That was Luke’s voice! She immediately lifted her head to glance at Gwen, who still hid behind the wrought-iron tree.
At this moment, Gwen’s face was as pale as the wall behind her.
They had not a clue of this, but at that moment, the bus station had been evacuated of people, and Gwen was surrounded by dozens of men in black within a ten-meter radius.
These tall, burly men blocked the view of the public.
Only Gwen and Luna were trapped within this circle of guards.
Gwen’s entire heart felt like it was squeezed by an invisible hand.
She put down her phone, her mouth wide open in despair.
A split second later, she tucked her phone away and darted into the women’s bathroom behind her out of instinct.
This was the only place she could hide! After sprinting into the toilet and closing the cubicle door behind her, Gwen sat on the toilet bowl as tears slid silently down her face.
She knew she would never have the chance to escape again.
Meanwhile, outside the toilet, Luke emerged from the announcement room elegantly, one hand in his pocket.
He wore a white suit jacket draped over a navy shirt, and his skin looked sickly pale, which made him look weak and ill.
Based on his looks alone, no one would even think that this was the man who had conquered Sea City and Merchant City.
However, Luna had watched with her own eyes as Luke beat Liam, one of the most notorious gangsters i In Sea City, to death.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
