Chapter 1936
She and Bonnie were very well aware of that fact already!
However…
Luna knew that it was too hard for Bonnie to continue waiting for Jim anymore.
Not everyone could go through the pain of being abandoned by a loved one.
Bonnie had already been abandoned by Jason once in the past. With that traumatizing experience, Luna did not think it was wrong of her to choose a more rational option that prioritized herself more.
“I’m telling the truth.” Joshua continued to stare intently at Bonnie. “Ask yourself this; how much do you love the Jim that was with you before he lost his memories? How can you leave him and get rid of your child, knowing that he’s just sick and out of his mind now? How can you be certain that Jim will never wake up from this one day? What if he does? How do you think he’ll react if he regains his memories one day and finds out about what you did?”
Bonnie could not help gripping the surgery consent form tighter when she heard Joshua’s words. She bit her lip and stared at Joshua with rage. “That’s enough! Joshua Lynch, you keep saying that I shouldn’t give up on Jim and get rid of our child, but have you ever thought about the emotional turmoil I’m in after being hurt by him so many times?
“What if I forced you to watch Luna get together with another man? Would that feel good for you?
“Have you ever experienced the feeling of watching the person you love sacrifice everything for another person and refuse even to give you a second glance?
“You haven’t! You’ve never been through the same pain I have, so what right do you have to lecture me about this?”
She shot Joshua another murderous glare and added, “You can’t even bear to watch Luna get engaged to another man, yet you’re asking me to watch Jim and Charlotte get married and even try to talk me out of getting an abortion.
“I’m not a saint, you know, so don’t ask this of me when you yourself can’t even do it!”
Joshua narrowed his eyes when he heard this. He stared at Bonnie, about to say something else, when suddenly, someone pushed open the door.
Sean Wheeler strode into the room and extended his hand to Luna, revealing about 50 dollars worth of change in his palm. “The doctor said that the only thing she did was put an IV drip on her, so she’s only going to charge forty dollars. Here’s the change.”
Luna was a little surprised by this. She could not believe that this young mechanic would return the change to her.
She thought that…
As soon as she thought of this, Luna curled her lips into a smile and shoved the money back into Sean’s hands. “I don’t want this money, so you can keep it and buy yourself a drink as a reward.”
However, Sean shook his head. “I didn’t do anything to deserve a reward, so I can’t take your money.”
Luna furrowed her brows and turned to glance at Bonnie.
According to Bonnie’s stubbom temperament, she knew that Bonnie would never allow Joshua to help her into the car after their fight.
However, Luna was not capable of carrying her all the way to the car on her own.
Therefore, she smiled at Sean and said, “Alright then, why don’t you help me bring my friend in the car?”
Sean fell silent for a moment, then nodded in agreement. A split second later, he walked over to Bonnie and, without warning, lifted Bonnie from the bed in his arms.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
