Chapter 1997
“You have to look into this, Daddy.”
Joshua nodded. “Don’t worry about it; I will.”
Bonnie was Luna’s best friend and Jim’s girlfriend before he lost his memories.
Harvey was technically Joshua’s nephew too, and on top of that, his son Nigel had been on the plane on which the bomb was planted.
Out of respect to his cousin Jim, as well as his devotion and responsibility toward Luna and Nigel… Joshua would find the culprit behind this no matter what.
Luna sniffed and said somewhat angrily, “What is there to investigate? It’s clearly Charlotte’s doing!”
The only person who was threatened by Harvey’s return was Charlotte. Therefore, the only person that would plant a bomb on the plane in an attempt to kill the children was no one but her!
“I know.” Joshua shot her a helpless glance. “However, you know fully well how much Jim trusts her now, and if we accuse her of this without any concrete evidence, he will never believe us.”
Luna pursed her lips. She knew Joshua was right, but…she still could not help feeling frustrated by this.
She lifted her head to stare hopefully at Joshua. “Do you think that Jim’s agreeing to let Bonnie stay at Landry Mansion and send Charlotte away…is a good sign that he and Bonnie will get back together?”
Joshua glanced at Luna’s expectant gaze and suddenly could not bear to bring her bad news anymore.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
