Luke’s brows knitted tightly together. How could a person go missing in the mansion?
At that moment, Lucas came running in and approached Joshua, whispering into his ear, “Sir, we can’t find June. We searched everywhere, yet we spotted neither Charlotte nor June.”
Joshua squinted his eyes slightly. He was so keen on searching the mansion because not only did he want to find Charlotte, but he wanted to find June, above all.
He knew what the Quinn family was up to. June was Christopher’s weakness, and if the Quinn family had control over June, it meant that they could get Christopher to do everything they wanted. Christopher was, after all, in the process of creating an antidote that could help Jim recover his memory.
More importantly, Christopher possessed the prescription of the poison created by Rosalyn. It was a poison that made Jim lose his memories and be subjugated into a state where he could be brainwashed.
The Quinn family was not only trying to stop Christopher from creating the antidote to save Jim, but they also wanted to get the prescription from Christopher! If they succeed, Quentin could control anyone that he wanted. The consequences could be disastrous!
This was why Joshua barged into Quinn Mansion recklessly to find Charlotte and June.
However, not only they could not find Charlotte, but June was nowhere to be found, too. They did find Laura, but she was rendered a mute. Joshua smiled coldly before instructing, “Keep looking. By hook or by crook, find them.”
He had a feeling…that June and Charlotte must be locked and hidden away in the same place.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
