“It hurts, Aunt Bonnie… It hurts so much…” Bonnie’s heart broke at the sight of this. She held June close to her and glared at the two servants, who were restrained by the guards.
“Who the hell ordered you two to do this? How can you do this to a six-year-old child?” The woman leaning against the cushions shot Bonnie a cold look but did not reply.
The other one, however, stammered, “W-We were just following Mr. Simms’ orders! He told us to cut the flesh off her arms…and then…mail them to her father…
“That way…her father will be willing to hand over what Mr. Simms wanted to save his daughter!”
Jim furrowed his brows upon hearing this. “What does Christopher have that’s so important to Quentin that he’ll do anything to get him to hand it over?”
Jim did not understand this. Christopher was just a doctor, so what did he have with him that was so irresistible to Quentin?
“I…I don’t know.” The servant lowered her head.
“All I heard is that…this little girl’s father possesses the recipe to a poison t-that can erase a person’s memories and put them under the control of the giver of the drug.” Bonnie’s entire body froze upon hearing this. Was this not the same poison that Jim had been put under?
She suddenly recalled that when she met Christopher the day before, he had declared to her excitedly that he was in the process of formulating an antidote that would restore Jim’s memories.
Did this mean that the recipe of the original drug was in Christopher’s hands? Was that why he was able to formulate a corresponding antidote? Bonnie could feel her scalp crawl at the thought of this.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
