Sean was a little puzzled by Luna's question.
He lifted his head to stare blankly at Luna.
"Yes...that was what happened."
He remembered the look of disbelief on Bonnie's face when she laid eyes on the photos of Lucy, and she bombarded Nikki with questions about their mother afterward.
Sean froze at the thought of this.
Bonnie's reaction...
Had she already suspected that he and Jim were brothers at that time? If she had, why had she not brought this up to him before? Not only did Bonnie keep this secret to herself, but it seemed she did not share her suspicions with Jim either.
Sean furrowed his brows and instinctively glanced in Luna's direction.
Luna's eyes were etched with the same puzzled expression as his.

All of a sudden, Samuel curled his lips into a smile as he watched Joshua going through the documents from the box.
"If you're interested in reading them, you may bring these documents home with you."
After all, these belong to Lucy, and in a way, they should return to your family.
"However, I hope you'll stick to your word and show mercy toward my mother.She was poisoned by Sirius and thus doesn't have much time left.You can consider this as God's way of punishing her for her wrongful acts in the past."
Joshua could not help chuckling when he heard this.
"Don't worry.I'm aman of my word.That being said..."
He lifted his head to meet Samuel's gaze.
"I'm willing to show Granny Quinn mercy, but the Quinn family had built its foundation on the Lynch and Landry families' tragedic deaths..."
"Don't worry,"
Samuel interrupted him before he could finish his sentence.
Despite being the peak of summer, Malcolm could not help feeling a chill pass through his body.
He turned t o glance at his father and furrowed his brows.
"I can't believe you concealed the truth about Lucy's fate for so long."
Even he did not know that his father held such an enormous secret close to him! If he had known that Lucy had survived, he would have used this to his advantage and manipulated everyone so that the Quinn family would prevail! Instead, Samuel had used this secret to ensure a frail old lady's peaceful death.
Granny Quinn would die sooner or later, so even if Joshua wanted to take revenge on her, she would only suffer for a few days at most.
Malcolm could not believe how gullible his father had been! "Malcolm."
Samuel curled his lips into a smile, stood up, and shook his head as though he could sense his son's thoughts.
"I want you to join me in devoting your loyalty to the church."
Malcolm widened his eyes in shock.
"Are you insane?"

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
