"I'm sure Jim didn't mean to do this to you. Please don't hold this against him."
Rosalyn handed the bottle of medicine she had been holding to Sean and added, "This analgesic is very good; I use it myself. If it still hurts after you get home, you should take a dose of this."
A surge of warmth spread through Sean's heart at the sound of Rosalyn's soft, gentle voice.
He paused for a moment before finally taking the bottle from her.
"Thank...Thank you."
"I hear that you and your sister live in a poor part of town." Charles let out a sigh.
"If you don't mind, I'm willing to help you and your sister find someplace new to live, and I can help you find a new job too.
"After all, you're Lucy's son, and it would be a pity if you continue working as a mechanic."Finally, he added, "We also found out that your sister i s sick, so if you ever need help in the future, feel free to come to us."
Charles and Rosalyn's kind offer made Sean feel even more touched.
"This reminds me."
All of a sudden, Rosalyn lifted her head to shoot Jim an accusing look.
"Jim, you haven't told me what happened between you and your brother that made you fight like this."
Jim rolled his eyes.
"He's not my brother!"
He refused to call such an impulsive, stupid man his brother! Rosalyn narrowed her eyes and shot him a murderous glare.
"How can you even say this? Sean is your brother, and blood always runs thicker than water! Neither you nor Sean should've said this to the other person!"

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
