Luna thus sighed, squeezed Joshua's hand, and said gently, "We've already wasted plenty of precious time, and I'm worried that Sean and Jim might be angry at us for this."
An hour ago, they had been notified of the news that Sean was found, and even then, they had promised to rush to the hospital as soon as possible.
More than an hour had passed since this happened, yet they had not shown up at Sean's hospital room.
Even if Sean was courteous enough not to mention it, Luna was sure he would be displeased about this delay.
This was why she had been so impatient to get out of the car.
"They won't be."
Joshua chuckled and walked into the hospital hand-in-hand with Luna.
Inside the room, Sean was still describing to Jim—in animosity and great detail—how he had been kidnapped.
"Kate told me she was tired and needed a nap, so I agreed to let her sleep.After all, Thad only gotten my hands injured, whereas the rest of my body was fine, so I didn't need someone to keep an eye on me 24/7.
"Therefore, after Kate fell asleep, I placed a jacket on top of her and went to sleep myself.
"While I was asleep, I dreamt that a few men had broken into the house and were taking Kate and me away.I tried to open my eyes because, for some reason, this dream felt strangely real, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't pry my eyelids open.It was as though they had been filled with lead...
"After God knows how long, I finally managed to open my eyes and realized that it hadn't been a dream after all."
He sighed and glanced down at his hands, which were still wrapped in thick layers of bandage.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....

Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
