Gwen's face was filled with doubt when she asked this.
Luke could not help curling his lips into a smile as he met her nervous, darting gaze.
"What is there for me to overhear?"
Then, he shifted into a comfortable position as he leaned against the doorframe and gently tilted Gwen's chin up, forcing her to meet his gaze.
"Did you say something to Luna about me that you didn't want me to overhear?"
He was asking her this on purpose, but to Gwen, she thought this meant he had not heard anything at all.She let out a sigh of relief.
"Nothing; I was just talking to Luna about women's stuff and didn't want you to hear."
Luke curled his lips into a smirk and leaned forward to gently kiss her on the lips.
"It's about time.You guys should bring Bonnie to the hall now."
Then, he hovered close to her ear and said in a low, tantalizing voice, "If you want to talk about anything private, you can tell it to me in bed tonight."
Gwen's entire body stiffened when she heard this, and a split second later, her cheeks flushed scarlet.She shoved him away from her and said, "Alright, alright."
Then, she darted back into the room and emerged again with Luna, wheeling Bonnie in her wedding dress.
As soon as she came out of the room, Luna caught sight of Luke standing at the door.
Instantly, she remembered Kate and was reminded of how lenient Luke had been toward her.
At the thought of this, she rolled her eyes at Luke and proceeded to wheel Bonnie down the hall with Gwen.
Luke sighed as he stared at their retreating figures, then leaned against the wall, took out a cigarette from his pocket, and lit it.
Through the puff of the cigarette smoke, he could see Kate's silhouette walking in his direction.

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....

Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
