Right when Luna’s finger pierced through the painting, Alice exclaimed in shock, “This is Mr. Allen’s favorite painting! Luna, even if you hate me, you don’t have to go so far as to destroy this painting just because I like it?“
There were not many people in the exhibition hall at night, and the spot where they stood was darkly lit, so initially, no one noticed the ruckus going on between them.
With Alice’s shout, everyone turned their attention to them.
Before Luna could regain her footing, the crowd’s critical stares and words of reproach were heard.
“Why did you come to an art exhibition if you didn’t appreciate art?“
“Apparently, someone once offered Master Allen ten million dollars to buy this piece of art but he refused! “
“Oh my god, can she afford to compensate him?
“Jealous women are so crazy, destroying it just because someone else liked it?“
The rumble of the crowd’s discussion was heard clearly.
Luna smiled wryly.
She drowned out the voices behind her and turned to look at the hole on the painting she accidentally made with her finger.
All along, she thought Alice was a quiet opportunist, someone who never wore their emotions on their face.
After all, to pour her time and effort into learning everything about someone else, and disguise herself as that person required a lot of patience and determination.
But she was wrong.
Alice Gibson was much more despicable than she thought.
“Miss.“
Behind her, the cold voice of the exhibition manager rang out, “You will have to suffer the consequences for destroying Master Allen’s painting. I’ll give you three options, firstly, monetary compensation, second, replace the painting with a brand new one and lastly, legal action. Which one would you prefer?“

Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
