At that thought, Wendy was so excited that her heart raced rapidly.
For the past month, Yannie had brought her immense trouble. For so many years, she was the only person in the entertainment industry who could get close to Thomas.
How, then, could she possibly be comfortable with Yannie suddenly popping in? Thus, she had to seize the opportunity to let Yannie vanish from Thomas‘ side for good!
At the same time, at one of Central Hospital‘s wards, Gwen was lying in bed, watching the international news with an unfocused gaze.
Luna, upon entering, saw how forlorn she looked and sighed, walking toward her.
She grabbed the remote control from Gwen. “Why are you watching the international news? You don‘t like it at all. Anne said that when one is in a bad mood, one should watch the entertainment news. Sometimes, entertainment can be more exciting than any drama!” Gwen came to her senses after hearing Luna‘s words and smiled bitterly. “I haven‘t heard anything about Anne for a long time. How is she doing?” Luna shrugged and continued changing the channels. “She‘s doing quite well. John‘s company is small, but it‘s blossoming; enough for Anne and their child to live comfortably. Anne has quit her job at the cosmetic surgery hospital and is now a housewife. She‘s addicted to dramas and entertainment news.
“She said that when the child has grown up a little, she‘ll open her own beauty parlor in hopes that it‘ll eventually become a cosmetic surgery hospital.”
Gwen, hearing Luna talking about Anne, looked at the television and felt somewhat…bitter.
Compared to everyone else in their friendship circle, Anne and John were the most ordinary couple. Their lives were not filled with riches, but their relationships were also calm and without any turbulence.
Previously, Gwen felt that their lives were too ordinary without any excitement. It was until that moment that she realized how blessed Anne and John were.
Luna furrowed her brow. Why would people watch this sort of thing? Moreover, plenty of people were also watching.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
