Chapter 2664 “What‘s wrong? Isn‘t this the one you lost?” Luna caught sight of the look in Gwen‘s eyes and quickly grabbed hold of her hand. “It’s okay if it‘s not yours; we can always continue searching.
Gwen bit her lip and glanced first at the people standing before her, then at the dark sky that looked like it was about to hail soon. Finally, she nodded and said, “That‘s right. This is the one I lost.”
She sniffed, carefully tucked the dirty metal plate into her pocket, and then forced a smile for everyone watching. “Thank you all for helping me find my lost item.” Finally, she glanced at Lucas, biting her lip nervously. “Are these all Joshua‘s men?” Lucas nodded. “I have a little over ten thousand dollars in here,” Gwen said, smiling, as she took out a card from her bag and handed it to Lucas. “Please use it to pay for a nice dinner for everyone who helped out. If there‘s any money left over, feel free to divide it among yourselves as a reward for all your hard work.” Lucas took the card from her and shot Luna a somewhat helpless glance. Luna knew that Gwen was feeling guilty over having troubled everyone, so she smiled and said, “Don‘t worry about it. You should take it.”
Having received Luna‘s assurance, Lucas finally tucked away the card and left with the rest of the workers, leaving only Luna, Gwen, Yannie, and Thomas in the dump station.
Thomas let out a small sigh of relief at this.
Thank God.
For once, Joshua was wrong; that metal plate of Gwen‘s did not have any scratches or marks that could help her differentiate the real one from a false one at all.
Otherwise, Lucas and the rest of the men would have to flip the entire place inside out, searching for the real one. “My ladies.” Thomas strode towards them, smiling. “Are you still going to The Spring Resort? Why don‘t I send you there?”

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
