Chapter 2951
The news of Luna, Joshua Lynch's wife, attempting murder at a wedding spread like wildfire through the entire Banyan City.
Everyone was on the edge of their seats, waiting to see just how Joshua, the most powerful man in Banyan City, would help his wife get out of this pinch.
"I saw the news, Daddy."
Joshua received a call from Nigel not long after he returned to the villa that night. Although he was only seven, Nigel was very mature for his age and calmly explained to his father, "I saw everything about Mommy's outburst on the internet, but just to save you the trouble, I lied to Neil and Nellie about this, and I configured the internet here at Grandpa, Grandma's, and Uncle Jim's place so that none of them would be able to receive the news from Banyan City. Don't worry, I've got it under control."
Joshua's heart sank when he heard this. He leaned against the wall and let out a sigh. "Like father, like son."
It was unbelievable how detail-oriented Nigel was at such a young age.
"It's just simple hacking. If I didn't know how to do it, I wouldn't have been able to do it even if I wanted to," Nigel replied, then let out a sigh. "What are you going to do, Daddy? Do you think you can settle all this within a week?
"I'm concerned that Neil and Nellie will realize something's wrong if they can't get in touch with Mommy within a week."
Joshua closed his eyes. "I'll try my best."
He had been caught in plenty of tight situations in the past and had been through such treacherous dangers that no ordinary person could even
begin to imagine. However, he never once dreamed that one day, his wife would get caught up in such a crisis.
The image of Luna standing onstage, bringing the dagger down into Jacqueline's abdomen materialized in Joshua's mind once more.
This was the version of Luna he had never once seen before.
She used to be a timid person-someone that would get nauseous and vomit at the sight of a car accident. At that moment, however, she had gone so far as attempting to kill someone amid the rage of losing her best friend!

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
