By the time Joshua made his way to the building lobby, the driver from Lynch Mansion had just pulled the car over.
Luna opened the door and was just about to get in when someone grabbed hold of her arm.
She turned around with a frown and came face-to-face with Joshua's chiseled face.
Luna rolled her eyes as soon as she saw who it was. "What are you doing here?"
He sure seemed to be enjoying his meal with that attractive young woman, so why was he here all of a sudden?
"Lucas told me you came and left without saying another word, so I came to see what was happening." Joshua gestured for her to get in the car. "Why did you leave without saying hi?"
Luna rolled her eyes, then got into the car and turned to shoot him a murderous look. "Well, I saw how engrossed you were in that conversation with the charming young girl and didn't think it was my place to interrupt, Mr. Lynch."
Then, she glanced at him out of the corner of her eye and added, "Is that your new secretary? I've never seen her here before."
"Yes." Joshua nodded earnestly. "She's my new secretary, and she just joined two days ago. She—"
"She had the privilege of dining with the esteemed CEO after just two days of starting work here?" Luna cut him off with a scoff and shot him a contemptuous look. "You're getting more and more shameless, Mr. Lynch."
Whether it was Aura or Fiona, Joshua never once allowed them into his office to have lunch with him like this.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
